This morning Hasbro Pulse held one of their Fan First Friday events to give a number of updates for the brand and, of course, plenty of Power Rangers toy reveals.

In a series of quick announcements the addition of the Dragon Armor Trini to the Power Rangers Legacy Wars mobile game, Jada Toys die cast MMPR White Ranger car, and a detailed look at the new Dino Megazord themed Reebok shoes were all showcased. Tiger Electronics will also be re-releasing the classic MMPR handheld game first released in the 90s.
POWER RANGERS LIGHTNING COLLECTION 10
This was followed by a series of Lightning Collection announcements. Hasbro will be brining new information about the popular collector line and other items to two major events this year, Power Month throughout August, which was first mentioned back in April at Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest, as well as Hasbro Pulse Con 2021 in the Fall.
Power Month will kick off on August 1st and promises to have new Power Rangers items revealed every week during the month. One item heavily teased by Emily and John of the Hasbro team was the recently seen Astronema/Ecliptor 2 pack seen last month but yet to be officially revealed.

This month long event of reveals will also see the reveal of the 100th figure for the Lightning Collection.
Before getting to that number just yet, five new figures were shown off at today’s event to bring the number from 86 to 91.
The big announcement of the day centered around Wave 10. This Wave will consist of the Dino Charge Green Ranger, In Space Pink Ranger, In Space Phantom Ranger, and Zeo Yellow Ranger. All of which come with the typical Lightning accessories of weapons, effect pieces, and actor portraits. Phantom Ranger comes just in time following the release of the new “Edge of Darkness” comic that was released this past week from Boom! Studios. In Space Pink completes the core team of five Rangers while Zeo Yellow finishes off the whole team lineup, and Dino Charge Green continues one of the largest teams in Ranger history.
This new wave is available for pre-order on most retailers such as GameStop, Amazon, and Hasbro Pulse but with differing release dates from September 2021 to April 2022, so they should be out a little bit from now.

Last up for Lightning Collection was the reveal of the next entry in the Monsters line, the classic MMPR Monster, Eye Guy! He will be coming with his signature center eye that is propped up on a display stand and includes effect pieces for both it and the large eye on his face, which can open and close.
Eye Guy is due out around the same time as Wave 10, and is available at the same retailers.
NEW DINO FURY ITEMS
Lightning Collection wasn’t everything though, a few new Dino Fury items were shown off. This included a first look at the packaging for the upcoming Zords, the basic figures for Dino Fury Gold and Void Knight, as well as the Chromafury Saber.
Prototypes for the next two Zords to be released, the Mosa Razor and Ptera Freeze were also shown off.
Finally the highly anticipated figures for Green and Black have been confirmed to be part of an upcoming Amazon Exclusive team pack, and it’s currently unknown if they will get stand-alone releases in the future.

Keeping in line with the more recent Fan First Friday events a tease was shown off at the end of the event for what appears to be a Lightning Collection figure of the Ninjetti modes seen during Season 3, with more to be revealed about this upcoming release during the Power Month event.
