After the events of The Fate of the Furious, Dominic Toretto (Diesel) is leading a quiet life off the grid with Letty (Rodriguez) and his son, little Brian, but they know that danger always lurks just over their peaceful horizon. This time, that threat will force Dom to confront the sins of his past if he’s going to save those he loves most. Dom and his family must face a world-shattering plot led by the most skilled assassin and high-performance driver they’ve ever encountered: a man who also happens to be Dom’s forsaken younger brother Jakob (Cena), who is working with their old enemy Cipher (Theron), who holds a personal vendetta against Dominic.
The fast franchise is one of the biggest franchises in history so the hype levels for this film are pretty high from the beginning. Even though this franchise consists of insane action most of the films have been consistently good and crowd-pleasing. It has a huge fanbase hence leading blockbuster box-office. After a long delay, F9 was released in Hong Kong and South Korea on May 19, 2021, and now it is scheduled to be released worldwide.
The trailers for the film were ridiculously good which further increased everyone’s excitement. Initial reviews of the film were mixed, with praise for its plot and Lin’s direction but criticism for its action sequences for getting over the top than ever. So far it has grossed over $232 million with only releasing in a few territories, making it the fourth highest-grossing film of 2021. The biggest international opening since the pandemic. The film so far holds a 68% RT score based on 25 reviews. This is a must-watch for all franchise fans and action lovers.

America: The Motion Picture
America: The Motion Picture is Netflix’s original animated comedy directed by Matt Thompson (Cake, Archer) and written by Dave Callaham. This film is created by the “founding fathers” behind the titles Archer, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, The Expendables, and Magic Mike.
Producers of the film are Channing Tatum, Thompson, Callaham, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, Will Allegra, Peter Kiernan, Reid Carolin, and Eric Sim. Filled with swordfights, jetpacks, robots, and neon-clad strippers?, this film is one absurdly revisionist take on U.S. history. This film has a crazy premise and it sounds hilarious.
The voice cast features Channing Tatum (21 Jump Street, Magic Mike) as George Washington, Jason Mantzoukas (Invincible, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) as Samuel Adams, Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse) as Thomas Edison, Bobby Moynihan (DuckTales) as Paul Revere, Judy Greer (Ant-Man, Halloween) as Martha Washington, Will Forte (Scoob!) as Abraham Lincoln, Raoul Max Trujillo (Riddick) as Geronimo, Killer Mike (Frisky Dingo) as Blacksmith, Simon Pegg (Hot Fuzz, Mission: Impossible) as King James, and Andy Samberg (Hotel Transylvania, Palm Springs, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) as Benedict Arnold.
Synopsis: In this wildly tongue-in-cheek animated revisionist history, a chainsaw-wielding George Washington assembles a team of rabble-rousers — including beer-loving bro Sam Adams, famed scientist Thomas Edison, acclaimed horseman Paul Revere, and a very pissed off Geronimo — to defeat Benedict Arnold and King James and take down the Brits in a tongue-in-cheek riff on the American Revolution. Who will win? No one knows, but you can be sure of one thing: these are not your father’s Founding… uh, Fathers.
